Research & Campaigns

Research and Campaigning is one of the Aims of Citizens Advice, forming an important part of our work. When helping our clients, we identify issues that affect them, seek to raise awareness of these issues and, where possible, try to get policies and procedures changed.

This work can have a dramatic impact on whole communities, not just the individual.
